Coronavirus (Covid-19): Latest Information

Coronavirus (COVID-19) impact on recruitment – update 21st May 2020.

HMPPS recruitment must be safe and we all have a duty to stay at home and away from others, where possible. In line with government policy, we have made a decision to temporarily suspend face to face interviews. We are seeking alternative methods of assessment, so please check back here for details.

We are still accepting new applications. We would encourage anyone thinking about starting their career with us to apply.

If you have already started your application, we will be in touch with you and keep you up to date on changes to the recruitment process.

For more information, please read our Frequently Asked Questions below. These will be kept up to date with the latest information.
